And it felt awesome! Using YogaGlo has helped me work on transitioning between poses more fluidly, as well as expanding my abilities when it comes to more challenging poses. I feel like I’m growing as a yogini and that is something I can feel honestly proud about.

Genuinely, I think he’s surprised by the strength and endurance required from yoga. It’s not about standing around in funny positions and chanting, it challenges all different parts of your body and achieving a new posture gives you the best feeling. We played around learning a few arm balances the other day and he really started to get into it. He always wants to practice our Crow Poses now =D
Also, THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING. She’s my favourite teacher on YogaGlo already! I’m going to do her 60min Arm Balancing for Beginners video this evening. I might even be able to convince the boyf to give it a go (he’s always complaining about lack of arm and core strength).
She does the best videos, in my opinion. Although, there are so many videos to choose from and so many fantastic teachers that you’ll be spoiled for choice no matter your preference!
